Lloyd Bernstein
As President and Founder, Lloyd provides the strategic vision and executive leadership guiding Costcon's growth, client relationships, and project delivery. He brings more than four decades of experience overseeing estimating and construction operations for complex healthcare, research, institutional, and commercial projects valued at more than $1 billion.
Melanie Bernstein
As Chief Operating Officer and Owner, Melanie oversees Costcon's business operations, financial management, client relationships, marketing, and strategic growth. She strengthens internal processes and supports project teams while drawing on extensive experience in construction, renovation, and interior design.
Moe Yamani
As Executive Vice President, Moe oversees Costcon's construction operations and project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, project management, and team performance. A collaborative, results-driven leader, he brings more than 20 years of experience managing complex capital projects and also serves as an adjunct professor.
Ben Weiner
Ben leads strategy and operations at Costcon, overseeing growth planning, marketing, and business development. He brings a decade of experience across consulting, strategy, and operations spanning B2B and B2C industries.
Kevin McGowan
Kevin brings experience in accounting, tax planning and strategy, financial consulting, and corporate finance. He oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning, helping guide sound decisions and support Costcon's continued growth.
Arianna Bernstein
Arianna leads marketing at Costcon, overseeing brand strategy, digital presence, and content. She brings a decade of B2B marketing experience across creative agencies and in-house teams.
